Shipping and Delivery

UK Orders

  • FREE: Standard delivery for orders over £99.00
  • £4.95: Standard delivery within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail
  • £5.99: Express Tracked delivery within 1-2 business days via courier if ordered before 14:00 pm.

Please note that express delivery does not guarantee delivery to certain postcodes and areas, including most of the Scottish Highlands, remote areas, and specific postcodes like AB, IV, KW, LA, PA, PH, BT, CA18 - CA27, HS1 - HS9, IM, TR21 - TR25, ZE.

International Shipping

  • We ship only to The Channel Islands outside of the UK.

Channel Islands

  • FREE: Standard delivery for orders over £99.00
  • £5.99: Standard delivery within 7-10 business days via Royal Mail.

Other Shipping Information

  • All orders are dispatched via a courier of our choice, with the courier service possibly changing without notice while maintaining an equivalent level of service.
  • Standard orders are usually sent via Royal Mail, while express orders are dispatched via DPD or a priority Royal Mail service.
  • Although we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur during busy trading periods. The delivery time indicates the timeframe from dispatch date to delivery.
  • First orders to a separate delivery address may take longer to process. It's advisable to have first orders delivered to your billing or business address.
  • If an order includes a pre-ordered item, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are available.
  • If delivery is attempted when you're away, the courier will leave a card for rebooking or collection from the depot or sorting office. The courier may attempt delivery to a nearby neighbor instead of redelivering the next day. Please note that Nestlé reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee to resend if the item is returned due to the customer being unable to take delivery.
  • Some orders may incur an additional shipping fee if they require courier delivery. Customers will be informed of this before dispatch.

Product Delivery Errors

  • Any delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of delivery. Orders undergo thorough checks before leaving our warehouse.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of dispatch, you must notify us within this timeframe.
  • For parcels received in poor or damaged condition, or with missing items, retain all outer packaging for courier investigation. Damaged boxes must be signed for as 'damaged' upon delivery, and photographic evidence may be requested to expedite resolution.
